Online shops, booking systems, customer log-in areas and custom software. If you need one of these, we'll point you in the right direction.
Frequently asked questions
Your domain and Google accounts are registered in your name from day one. Your brand (logo, business cards and the rest) becomes yours once your first 12 months are up, and you can take over your email accounts then too. Your website is designed, built and hosted by us, and is yours to use for as long as you're with us.
Nothing changes unless you want it to. Your plan carries on month by month, and you can leave with one month's notice. Your brand is now yours, and you can take over your email accounts whenever you like.
Yes. Pay the months left on your first 12 (for example £700 with seven months to go) and you can go, taking your brand and your email accounts with you.
The website stays with us: we design and build it, and license it to you while you're a customer. You keep your domain, Google accounts, brand and email, so you can start a new website anywhere. If you'd like to take the website itself with you, talk to us and we'll agree a price.
Fill in a short form. We aim to have small changes done within two working days.
Anything that takes up to 30 minutes, such as updating prices, adding a photo, changing opening hours or tweaking some wording. Bigger jobs, like a new page, are quoted first.
About two weeks from our first call to your website going live. It can be quicker if you reply to us quickly.
Not at all, that's the point. We design your brand for you. Photos help but aren't essential, and we'll show you easy ways to take good ones on your phone.
Not in the standard package. We can add a link to a booking tool you already use.
We set up everything Google needs to find and understand your business, and help you get a Google Business Profile if you're eligible. Nobody can honestly promise a top spot, but you'll be set up properly from the start.
Yes. Hosting, security, backups and your domain are all part of the £100.
Your first month by bank transfer when your website goes live, then monthly by Direct Debit. Nothing to pay before then.
